风淋室主要安装于洁净室与非洁净室之间，当人或货物进入洁净区时首先须经过风淋室吹淋。其吹出的洁净空气，可去除人与货物所携带的尘埃，有效地阻断或减少尘源进入洁净区。风淋室又可起到气闸的作用，阻止未经净化的空气进入洁净区域。

风淋室包括：人用风淋系列、物用宽通道风淋系列；吹淋方式有：单侧吹淋、双侧吹淋、顶部吹淋等多种组合；风淋门有：手动平开门、自动移门、快速卷帘门等多种选择。可接受用户特殊设计。

风淋室箱体材料有钢板喷塑，或外部钢板喷塑内部工作区不锈钢、全不锈钢等，底盘内表面均为不锈钢；常规风淋门采用不锈钢制作，上部为双层黑边钢化玻璃，下部为双层不锈钢板铝蜂窝夹芯。

配置铝合金框无隔板超高压高效过滤器，过滤效率≥99.99%@0.5um；选用专用风淋室风机，可使风淋室的箱体控制在200mm以内；采用直径为φ30的不锈钢喷口，确保风速在25m/s以上。

控制系统：采用集成式智能控制器，控制面板上液晶显示屏可正确显示风淋的运行状态、双门的互锁状态及延时开门状态，设有光电感应器。可设置多套操作程序，方便用户灵活使用。

智能语音提示系统，人在吹淋时由控制系统自动发出语音提示让人有次序的完成整个吹淋除尘过程，人性化语言提示给人一种亲切感觉。

The air shower is mainly installed between clean room  non-clean room. People  cargos have toget a shower before entering into the clean area. The clean air  air shower can remove the dustcarried by people   cargo, which prevents dust source  getting into the clean area. It also works as an air lock to block the unclean air away  clean area.

●The air shower can be classified into man-oriented series   cargo-oriented wide channel series. The air shower modes include single-side shower, double-side shower  top shower etc. The airshower door could be optional such as manual door, auto-sliding door, fast-rolling shutter door etc. User specific design is acceptable.

●The air shower chamber material adopts steel plate plastic spray,   steel plate plastic spray atoutside  stainless steel at working area,  all-stainless-steel.

The common air shower door is manufactured by stainless steel, with double-layer black-bordered tempered glass at upper part  double-layer stainless steel plate

aluminum honeycomb core at lower parte.

●lt is configured with aluminum frame pleat ultra high pressure HEPA filter of filtration efficiency ≥99.99%@0.5um. Air shower fan is chosen to control the chamber in 200mm. Stainless steel portwith diameter of (p 30 is applied to ensure the wind speed above 25m/s.

●The control system utilizes integrated intelligent controller. The LCD screen on control panel cancorrectly display air shower running status, double door interlocking status  door open delaystatus, installed with photoelectric sensor. Multiple sets of operation procedures can be set up forflexible operation.

●The intelligent voice prompt system is to automatically send out voice prompts to let peoplecomplete the process of entire air shower in sequence by control system. The humane languageprompts glve a warm Teeling tor people.
