●汽化过氧化氢具有良好的物料兼容性，对不锈钢、铝、玻璃、聚碳酸脂、大部分的医用硅树脂等均具有良好的兼容性；

●易分解，无有害残留，最终分解为水和氧气；

●送、排风系统均采用H14液槽密封高效过滤器；

●具有独立的通风排残单元、风机、气动蝶阀和排风管路，能快速置换舱内的过氧化氢气体，并防止其进入HAVC系统内；

●进、出料为双扉门结构，具有气动密封、气动锁紧及工作状态下的双门互锁功能；系统对舱内的温度、湿度、压力可实时检测，并储存。
